In partnership with Arendale, Southern Living will select from one of the many exceptional real estate properties in the south each year to design, build and decorate a Southern Living Idea House featured each August and open for tours.

Communities will also offer on-going decorated homes bringing the latest in southern style and architecture to each market. Whether lake-living, mountain-style or traditional neighborhoods… the look will be unmistakably Southern Living.
